01 General Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Sona01 platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Sona01 is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license.

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Sona01 and the user. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Sona01 platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account on Sona01:

• The email address and phone number provided during registration must be active and belong to you.

03 Betting Rules & Odds

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on Sona01:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled; however, the cash-out option may be used if available.
• Sona01 reserves the right to change the odds on any match; however, the odds at the time the bet is placed will remain in effect.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Sona01 reserves the right to void that bet.
• A maximum bet limit applies per event — limits vary depending on the game type and market.
• Sona01 is not liable if a bet is not accepted during live betting due to network issues.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Sona01 offers betting on more than 20 sports, including cricket, football, tennis, badminton, and e-sports. Each sport may have its own specific rules, which can be found in the relevant section.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on Sona01:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Maximum Deposit: Up to BDT 500,000 per day.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000।
• Withdrawal process: Usually completed within 1–3 business hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus turnover requirement is completed.

Sona01 reserves the right to hold and review withdrawals on any suspicious transaction. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Sona01 bonus offers come with specific conditions. It is important to read these conditions before accepting any bonus:

• Welcome Bonus: For new users only, applicable once.
• Turnover requirement: You will generally need to wager 5–20 times the bonus amount.
• Bets placed with a bonus may be subject to a maximum odds limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically approved.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Sona01 reserves the right to modify or cancel its bonus program at any time.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sona01 platform and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (multi-accounting).
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Participating in match-fixing or corrupt betting activities.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Placing bets on behalf of other users or operating a professional betting syndicate.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or insulting other users.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Sona01 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violating these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If KYC verification is not completed or incorrect documents are submitted.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• The user has submitted a self-exclusion request.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance will be made available for withdrawal, but pending bonuses will be forfeited.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

• Technical issues on the part of third parties (e.g., mobile banking server downtime).
• Bets placed due to user error or incorrect market selection.
• If account information is leaked due to the user's own negligence in sharing details with a third party.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, and similar circumstances.

Sona01 is committed to maintaining the reliability of its platform. However, claims for compensation arising from technical failures or unforeseen circumstances will be limited.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact

Sona01 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
